Coolview XM is the latest new product from Brandon Medical. This new examination light is BIG. It has been designed to reach the parts that other examination lights cannot reach. The ceiling and wall mounted versions have an arm radius of 1250mm and a vertical adjustment range of 1200mm, big enough to reach all parts of a seated or reclining Patient. It is an ideal examination light for ceiling mounting or for Clients who simply want the best!

This examination lights is designed to be used at a distance of 1m from the Patient, much further away than most examination lights. This allows the Doctor to position the light head; back out of the way of the examination for unimpeded access to the Patient. At this distance, Coolview XM provides a really large spot (150mm diameter) of high illumination with full heat filtering and daylight colour correction

The XM uses the latest "IRC" techniques for heat and colour filtering. This process re-cycles infra-red radiation within the bulb to make it run at higher efficiency and to reduce the amount of emitted infra-red. We use this to produce a cool light that has a similar colour balance to natural daylight. This makes it easier for the human eye to see fine detail and reduces eye strain. We have included a dimming feature as standard so the Doctor can select a comfortable level of illumination.

The Coolview XM really is the ultimate light for Patient examination. This combination of both new technological innovation and tried and tested Coolview features has resulted in a product of real quality.
