Sell, Sell, Sell - But it's Customer Service that Really Counts.

Our success has been built on solid customer service. We have achieved excellent customer retention by providing high levels of client support. This requires a high degree of technical competence from our staff and a high ratio of staff to customers.

Increasing our sales has meant we have also needed to increase our Technical Sales Team. Charles Robinson is our new Sales Manager for the southern region and is now fully trained up and operational. Our new guy in the North-West region is Jonathan Lowe who was previously based in the Leeds office. We have also recruited a new member of staff, Adam Pickering to take over from Jonathan at Leeds in our internal technical sales support team.

This has been a major investment for us but are determined to maintain and improve our standards of customer support. We are sure the investment will be worth it and contribute to the continued development of the business.
